Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change if site conditions, square footage, surface preparation needs, or scope differ from what was originally described.
Payment, Deposits & Scheduling
Payment, deposit, and scheduling terms are set out in your individual written quote or invoice. By approving a quote, you agree to the payment terms stated in that quote.
Changes & Additional Work
Work is performed as described in your written quote. Additional work or changes requested after the quote is approved may be billed separately and may affect the schedule.
Workmanship Warranty & Minnesota Statutory Warranties
Your written quote or contract states the workmanship warranty we provide (for example, a one-year workmanship warranty on epoxy floor installs). In addition, work on residential dwellings may be covered by Minnesota's statutory home-improvement warranties under Minnesota Statutes Chapter 327A, which generally provide one year for defects in workmanship and materials, two years for defects in certain systems, and ten years for major structural defects, to the extent they apply to your project. Nothing in these Terms waives or shortens any warranty rights you have under Minnesota law. Warranty coverage, duration, and exclusions for the work we perform are described in your written contract; warranties do not cover damage from misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, moisture or slab conditions outside our control, or normal wear.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe and timely access to the work area, clear the area of vehicles and belongings as requested, and give accurate information about the site and your needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the work at issue.
