Permanent Color

Concrete
Staining.

Transform plain gray concrete into a rich, permanent color that becomes part of the slab itself — interior or exterior, residential or commercial.

The Difference

Color That
Can't Peel.

Unlike coatings that sit on top of concrete, concrete stain penetrates into the slab and chemically or mechanically bonds with it. It becomes part of the concrete — which means it can never delaminate, peel, or flake off.

The result is a floor with rich, permanent color and a natural character that's impossible to replicate with paint or coating. Every stained floor is genuinely unique.

Best Applications

Interior floors, retail spaces, restaurants, patios, pool surrounds, residential living spaces, and commercial lobbies. Anywhere you want permanent beauty with minimal maintenance.

No Peeling

The stain becomes part of the concrete — nothing to delaminate or flake off.

Unique Character

Every floor has a mottled, organic appearance. No two are identical.

Low Maintenance

Sealed and protected — easy to clean, sweep, and maintain long-term.

Interior & Exterior

UV-stable water-based systems work outdoors. Acid stain for premium interiors.

Staining Methods

Staining Options.

Acid Staining

A chemical reaction between hydrochloric acid, metallic salts, and the lime in concrete. Creates a permanent, variegated, mottled look — earth tones like tan, brown, terra cotta, and blue-green. Cannot be reversed. Best for premium interior applications.

Water-Based Staining

Acrylic-based penetrating stains in a much wider color palette — blues, greens, reds, blacks, and more. More predictable and uniform color than acid stain. UV-stable, making them ideal for exterior applications. Easy to apply, easy to maintain.

Concrete Dye

Solvent or water-based dyes that penetrate deeply for extremely vibrant, wide-ranging color. Best for interior decorative work — retail, offices, modern residential. Available in hundreds of colors with a translucent, glass-like finish.
